About our company
Bancorp’s Insurance Assurance Team is dedicated to providing attentive and caring service for which Bancorp is known for. Bancorp Insurance has over 35 years history of providing comprehensive insurance programs to businesses and personal lines customers through the US. We are licensed to do business in 17 states and work with hundreds of carriers.

Our goal is to help every customer obtain quality insurance so they can live life and operate businesses without interruption.

Most insurance agency’s try to insure everything under the sun becoming a generalist of insurance products. We have selected specific niche markets and focus on the coverage within to provide our customers the best coverage at the best price.
We focus on Artisan Contractors, Wildland Fire Fighters and Contractors, Catering Contractors, Water Districts, Special Districts, and Privately Held RV Parks and Resorts. We also provide comprehensive coverage on difficult to insure personal lines including homes in high fire zones or are surrounded by woods throughout the West. We know if you live in the woods, you need health and Medicare insurance too, so we offer one-on-one meetings to help you pick the best plan for your budget too.
Insurance Center Inside Sales Representative – CO
What is the role?
You will be selling from one of our three insurance silos. Personal Lines – Home, Auto, Umbrella, Boat, RV, ATV. Commercial Lines – General Liability, Commercial Property, Commercial Auto, and Bonds. Or Benefits – Medicare, Health, Group Health, and Life. Your role is to become and industry expert and establish relationships with applicable industry partners and continually build new business. Most importantly you are looking to develop the necessary skills to become a career agent. Over time you’ll build a large enough book to transition out of the office and become an independent sales representative with us. That means you can start building not only your insurance carrier but long-term wealth for yourself and your family. Once you transition to outside sales agent you can earn commission one of the few ways to never have a limit to your income. Together we will help you build your insurance career and see you succeed with Bancorp Insurance for years to come!
Responsibilities include:
- Generating new business through your own leads and leads are provided to you
- Educating potential customers on their insurance needs and finding the right policies/company for them.
- Preparing and presenting proposals to clients
- Meeting monthly goals for the various stages of the pipeline, including: Cold Calling, Warm Outreach, Networking, Policies Quoted, Policies Written, Google reviews, and referrals.
- Finding referral sources in order to gain leads.
- Work with marketing to develop and maintain effective strategies to sell insurance plans to new clients.
- Stay informed about market trends, carrier appetites and the insurance industry to provide the best service possible to your clients.
- Following company policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and trainings
- Use Insured Mine to track activities and pipeline

Compensation Package:
This career opportunity offers a base salary of $44,000 plus commission. The structure is a set growth plan, designed to help you be financially confident in your ability to succeed.

Insurance Center Inside Sales Representative – TX
As a customer service representative, you will act as bridge between our clients and our company. You’ll provide information regarding our products and services, work with clients on renewals and general service requests, and help resolve developing problems with claims or audits our clients might have. Your goal is to execute an exceptional service experience that exceeds the reputation that Bancorp is known. All while sustaining high customer satisfaction.
This role requires an exceptionally clear, compassionate, and effective communicator. The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling a high amount of incoming calls and emails, all requiring your immediate attention.
- Identifying and evaluating the customers needs
- Building on established relationships of trust through open and interactive discussions
- Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the established processes
- Managing complaints, providing proper solutions, and following up to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the outcome and the issues are resolved.
- Keeping precise records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents within our industry leading account management software.
- Educating, upselling, cross-selling, and endorsing existing client policies all while going the extra mile to engage customers.
